Talked me into extended warranty and Costco charge card on tv The tv is 2yrs and 2mos old warranty would no fix it and Costco says too bad $1500 hundred down the drain done with Costco By the way it was a lg that is another story

Worst website for a business of this…
Worst website for a business of this size! Is Costco too poor to hire some IT professionals to update their pathetic website? I type ice cream and it shows blankets!! I never know whether they have product at my local Costco or not! This truly pathetic for a warehouse that’s so successful! I like the store and people but hate that they purposely move stuff around daily to make us search for things so they can tempt us to buy things we didn’t come for. No employee has a clue where anything on any given day. So it’s a colossal waste of time to go searching for things I buy every few months. Also, diff stores have completely diff merchandise and they expect us to drive around to diff stores only to find out it’s gone! Really frustrating. Products show up in diff stores at diff times and no way to know when a product is in unless you visit daily like it’s a ritual!!! We have busy lives and should be able to check online! It’s only 2023 and Costco is not yet ready for online inventory search??? Sarcasm, yes.

Worst customer support ever: phone and emails
Costco trick you to their membership scheme to get your money and then your worse experience start as they have your money. Membership has been purchased and now it seems impossible to get a refund. Costco internal teams don't want to help you and their communication is either non existent or poor. It took months for the case to reach the right team. Tried to raise a complaint to follow with Ombusman, Costco are not responding and move the responsability to different internal teams, which means at the end no complaint is raised. Not worth the headache to buy product at a cheaper price and have headaches with poor customer service afterward. Avoid at any cost.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
We PAY to shop at Costco.....the least they could do is help Older Folks take their purchases out the their cars. My Husband has C.O.P.D. He goes once a week for water. He has asked AND asked for help taking it out to the car. He is 80 years old. NOPE...no HELP. Will be cancelling Membership. LAZY, Under Staffed, and not worth the few dollars we supposedly save.

Uncomfortable
Costco has one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences. You have to show your card half a billion times to shop... I can understand presenting your card when you come in but now they have someone at self check out asking to see your card, which makes absolutely no sense since I can't scan an item without scanning my card. Then you get shopped out the door and your items get counted before leaving... Their system will make you feel like a criminal.

Terrible experience I showed my card at the entrance going to check out lady comes over and says let me see your card I said I already did that but she said we need your picture on the card. Costco needs to take other credit cards but Visa. Not happy I would like a refund on my membership and will never step foot in another Costco. I will keep going to Sam’s Club

Impressed with a Costco employee!
I was so impressed with one of your employees at the Mt Prospect location. Justin Schweig helped me buy several items for my new Costco gazebo. After a few weeks he remembered me and helped me with an issue on some patio furniture. He is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Thank you Justin for all your valuable help!

I spend lots of money 3x a week with costco. I ordered clothes on sales online. The package did not require a signature and out of my kids clothes.

Excellent customer service and great human beings I’m talking about Costco Wholesale…
I’m talking about Costco Wholesale Pharmacy located at University Blvd in Winter Park Fl. They are the best pharmacy, best customer service agents and pharmacists. They treat you with respect and care. They listen, help you solve your problem, they are knowledgeable, care about you and their job. They are the beat human beings, in person and over the phone. Always! Today, 6/20/23, I had the greatest experience. I've had other greatest experiences there also. And if you're sick, they always take care of you, they bring you a wheelchair and call a family member. Great human beings that really care!

I Won't buy any more gift cards through Costco.com
I love Costco. I've been a member for Years! But in the last 3 years I've bought numerous gift cards from Costco com and they hardly ever work! I don't see it as a savings to spend $80 for 2 $50 eCards when one or both don't work! Then, trying to get them replaced, you can't get hold of a human. Finally, you jump through hoops to get the non working one replaced only to have the replacement not work either! I have 5 non working gift cards at the moment. It's really terrible to be in a restaurant and give them a gift card to use towards a large family ticket only to have the waitstaff bring it back as non working. I won't be buying Any more gift cards through Costco.com.

We switch from Liberty Mutual to Costco…
We switch from Liberty Mutual to Costco Connect with American Family insurance for our 3 homes and 2 cars. Just got our first home renewal and it is up 52%. When I called for an explanation the CSR said it was due to the population growth. More volume should translate into lower cost for the consumer! It looks to me there was a low initial price to get the business and now reality strikes...

Costco has pathetic App / Website
Website/ App is pathetically useless for finding items at the local warehouse. Learn from Sam’s club ! They make it easy to find items and know if it is in stock locally or not. Need to fix it ! Tried to find info about a special offering I saw yesterday… company there all week… NOTHING listed under special event at McKinney Tx warehouse!?!?

I have been a Costco member for 17 Yrs
EDISON Costco Customer Service 5*...!!! I have been a Costco member for 17 years and I can assure you that there is no store in US who has an excellent Customer First policy than Costco. I have dealt with CT, TX, CA and NJ all four states cannot complain how happy I am with Costco. I would like to specially shout out for few employees who have always helped me in my feedback with products and going beyond my expectation every time. The Edison Costco AGM Nick is a very good manager who helped me not once but twice in a very effective and quick manner. Taking care of customers is shown by actions. The other person would be Ryan who is Costco Edison Tire Center Manager who had also helped me more than one occasion with all my Car needs be in Battery service, Tire replacement going beyond my expectations.

Sent wrong item
I received items that I did not order. I talked Anthonique,customer service, she said I need to go to UPS and send back their mistake item. I was going on vacation the next day, and I live in military post in the countryside which will take a 30-min drive to a UPS store. I asked yhem to pick up their mistake delivery from my location, she daid she cannot help with that and she will charge for the items they sent me by accident if I do not go to the trouble to return them. I talked her supervisor, Angel, she said the same thing, and if she doesn't get the items returned from their mistake, they will do "collections ". Forced me to drive 30 min each way, total of an hour for their mistake. Good reason to not get a Costco membership!
