Have purchased items at Costco, return to again purchase the same item, but not again stocked for 3 or 4 months. Very annoying. Is it a surplus item that is being sold?
A :
Sometimes happens that the article is seasonal and doesn't appear again for months. Costco doesn't sell surplus merchandise, everything they sell is first rate. If you have problems with an item call corporate hq. They are extremely happy to help solve problems.

Costco items are definitely NOT surplus items. As othes have said, certain items come and go. They are chosen for availability at a certain price, and known quality. Also, each store carries some unique items, tailored to the customer base of that area. A lot of articles have been written about the business model-very customer and employee-friendly... and VERY successful.

Occasionally, when our local Costco has stopped carrying a particular item, we have put a request in the "suggestion box" that they start carrying it again. Sometimes they will. Otherwise, we go to another Costco which is equidistant from us and they will sometimes be carrying items not available at the other Costco.

Dear Sir/Madam I have paid $825 to Danisha Taylor for 3 laptops. Her e-mail is sales@costcos-wholesale.com. She works at Costco Wholesale Electronics LTD. at Castleton, Indiana. But I didn't get neither laptops neither money back. She disappears. Please help me to get laptops or money. Thanks, Vlado

If u take your purchase order to Costco they will check it out and give you A refund or the laptops. U cannot do it by phone or mail. Just take all the Written information you can.

I don't think it's from Costco. It seems like a scam. Costco email id should have been someone@ costco.com. Please do not send money to individuals. You should have placed order through their site www.costco.com or directly bought from their store. In any case, you couldn't have been anything from Costco unless you were a member. Feeling sorry for you!
